ManyHandz ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at manyhandz.ai.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and business details you provide when signing up.
• Usage data: Aggregate information about how you interact with the platform (e.g. message counts, feature usage) to help us improve the service.
• Your content: Any information you choose to share with your AI assistant is stored securely so it can assist you over time. This is your data — we do not read, analyse, or use it for any purpose other than powering your assistant.
• Payment information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the ManyHandz service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send service-related communications (account notices, invoices)
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase, with infrastructure in Australia and the US. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic for AI processing). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

5. AI Processing

Messages sent to your AI assistant may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.

6. Data Isolation

Each ManyHandz account runs in its own isolated, private workspace. Your assistant's memory, conversation history, and any information you share is stored separately from all other customers — no other account can access your data, and your data is never pooled or shared across accounts. Think of it as your own private AI environment hosted on our infrastructure.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@manyhandz.ai. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account, conversation history, assistant memory, and any stored content within 7 days. This action is irreversible.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct — update any inaccurate personal information
• Delete — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, no questions asked
• Portability — request an export of your conversation history

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
