By using ManyHandz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

ManyHandz provides a managed AI assistant platform for businesses. We host, configure, and operate AI-powered tools on your behalf. The Service is provided by ManyHandz, based in Perth, Western Australia.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Subscription prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). AI credits are denominated and charged in US Dollars (USD), reflecting the underlying cost of AI services from our providers.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. AI Credits and Usage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation for AI usage. Unused credits do not roll over. Excessive usage beyond your plan limits may result in temporary throttling or additional charges, which we will communicate in advance.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer records, or communications.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. AI Assistant — User Responsibility

The AI assistant provided through ManyHandz is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgement and professional expertise. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing, sending, or acting on it. This includes but is not limited to: emails, quotes, invoices, reports, responses to customers, and any other content generated by the assistant.
• ManyHandz accepts no liability for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or any consequences arising from actions taken based on AI-generated content without your independent verification.
• The assistant's knowledge is limited to what you provide. The AI can only work with the information, instructions, and data you supply. It has no independent knowledge of your business, customers, industry regulations, or legal requirements unless you explicitly provide this context. The quality and accuracy of its output depends entirely on the quality of information you give it.
• The assistant may make mistakes. AI systems can produce incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate responses. Always apply your own professional judgement before acting on any recommendation or output.
• Do not rely on the assistant for legal, financial, medical, or regulated advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyHandz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
